This workshop will address key factors in the time-consuming, sometimes-challenging, but always-worth-it process of nourishing constructive relationships with parents. Learn how to communicate clearly, build rapport, and earn trust—and what to do when, despite your best intentions, things go awry. We’ll also address how to de-escalate conflict and the importance of considering parent perspectives and expectations as well as your own. You will leave inspired with new ideas and useful takeaways.
