Learn how to create, sustain, and/or expand an organic kitchen garden program, a delicious and healthy way to motivate interest in math, culture, language, and science. We’ll discuss gardening, soil science, the cultivation of annuals and perennials, composting, and a wealth of inspiring curriculum ideas.
