Is Montessori’s New Child Today’s Digital-Age Child?

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

This workshop will explore children’s development in a different world than we have known before, comparing the characteristics of Montessori’s New Child with those that theorists such as Seymour Papert have described—children whose computer use has changed the way they learn. Come discover how the young adults of the first digital generation may help us understand the effects of the environment on the neurological foundations for learning.
