The role of the Infant & Toddler guide does not only include nurturing and supporting the children, but also giving care to their parents. This workshop will highlight the sensitivity of the relationship between the I&T guide and parents, and address why establishing a strong bond with them is critically important. We will share ideas about how to build relationships to ensure that the entire I&T community is being supported—children and parents both— and ample ideas for incorporating into your Montessori toolbox.
