I am an energetic and motivated leader whose entrepreneurial drive and clarity for innovative technologies and personalized learning has inspired me to be create new educative opportunities for children of all ages. I have succeeded in working with early childhood students providing them with second language opportunities and giving at-risk youth an opportunity to gain career skills via innovative technologies. I have been an an advocate for those students that were expelled, dropped out or needed a second chance. My experiences have included being a Turnaround Administrator/Principal for at-risk and minority students in Secondary Schools, a Director of Operations for an Early College Charter Schools where student graduated with a diploma and an Associates degree, and a founding board member for the Colorado Association for Latino(a) Administrators and Superintendents (CO-ALAS) where we provide mentoring for aspiring educational leaders.
